“Full disclosure: I was wearing a TripAdvisor hat the night that I checked in. We had a great stay. Contrary to some of the previous reviews, we thought that the hotel was very clean and did not look like it needed updates. We also had a refrigerator in our room. All of the staff were very friendly. I was greeted multiple times when I did not expect it. We used HHonors points to pay for our stay, and we chose this hotel because they did not charge a pet fee. I was very impressed by how pet friendly the hotel is. No one acted as if they minded that we had a pet, and several staff members stopped to greet our pet. (If you don't like pets, this might be good for you to know, because pets are very welcome here.) I was a little surprised by the hot breakfast selection: turkey sausage and potatoes.
